Advanced Specialty Care for Women, P.A.  "Providing lifelong personalized attentive care"  Since we try to stay up with the latest in technology and treatments, we thought it was only appropriate to call the practice  something  reflective of our nature. 

Dr. Crabb and Kathy Flynn, RNC have always prided themselves on staying up to date with all the new changes in the Ob-Gyn. For instance, Dr. Crabb uses gasless laparoscopy for his laparoscopic cases where ever its available and is a member of the Clinical Faculty of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Minnesota. He is also using the latest techniques in bladder suspension surgery. Kathy is constantly updating  her advanced nurse's training so she remains completely up to date on all the new technology and new medications.We are also computerized for both billing and patient record keeping. Other office instruments include a colposcope, fetal moniter, cryotherapy unit and ultrasound machine. We give lectures and presentations to both professional and lay audiences. 

Advanced also means giving good service. We strive to give personalized care to each and every one of our patients. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please let us know if we fail to live up to your expectations. 

Although we all try to stay abreast of the current literature and new trends, feel free to bring news reports to our attention. There are so many journals now published relating to our field that we can miss something, especially the very first time its announced in a non major journal.
